Orders

All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation of payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Shipping

Delivery times are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Returns

Unopened, undamaged products may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Food and perishable items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Contact us before returning anything.

Liability

PetPlease products are sold as-is. We are not responsible for misuse of products or for outcomes arising from products used contrary to manufacturer instructions.
